fantastic stay!
valley view friendly staff breakfast buffet convenient service
The hotel offers beautiful valley views from the room balconies. I appreciated that very much. staff were friendly and helpful with directions to the ski lifts and nearby shops. the breakfast buffet had plenty of options, so i always found something tasty! also, i used skiset within the hotel for ski hire. That service was really convenient.
the walk back uphill from the shops felt quite tiring after a long day of skiing.

The breakfast included a wide selection of pastries and hot dishes. I found it convenient. dinner featured hearty casserole dishes and freshly cooked options each evening. It was delicious. desserts were a real treat with diverse selections available. I enjoyed them.

The hotel provides ski in access via the belvedere run. This made getting on the slopes simple. vallandry is easily accessible turning right out of the hotel. That lift is much quieter. the shops are a ten minute walk downhill. It is quite convenient.

The hotel staff was very helpful in fixing a car breakdown. I was so grateful. they offered water bottles. That was thoughtful. the staff spoke english. This was convenient for me. the bike storage was good. It secured my equipment.

I loved the amazing valley view from my superior room balcony valley view! breakfast was great. Especially the omelette station. the hotel is so close to the charmetogger lift!

Great hotel amenities!
french juices terrace relaxation
The breakfast was very good. I especially liked the French juices. The pool and jacuzzi were amazing! I enjoyed relaxing on the terrace after using them.

ski trip at its best!
belvedere run lifts access good workout
I found out that you could ski in and out, even though the hotel information did not tell you that. you can use the belvedere run to return. we often turned right out of the hotel and went straight to vallandry. This area had lifts that were less busy. shops were only a ten minute walk downhill, the walk back up provides a good workout.
website gave wrong information about snacks. no food at all available between 10:30am and 3pm. you must leave the hotel and go into town for food.
